The NSW government has opened applications for three new grant initiatives offering up to $95 million to help drive innovation developed by local scientists and startups as part of the push towards net-zero by 2050.
The three Clean Technology grant initiatives include:
Clean Technology Research, Development and Commercialisation Infrastructure Grants
This $45 million grant initiative will fund world-leading research, development and commercialisation infrastructure to help accelerate NSW’s shift to net zero emissions by 2050.
Clean Technology Ecosystem Grants
This $10 million grant initiative will support local incubators, pre-accelerators, accelerators and other similar initiatives.
Clean Technology Commercialisation Grants
This $40 million grant initiative accelerates the commercialisation and scaling-up of proven clean technology innovations for trade-in Australian and international markets.
Expressions of interest for the grants are open until 22 April 2022.
